What's New!

November 14th 2008 -Well I made it!! My mom and dad went in on Sunday the 10th at 7pm and they started the process to induce labor and bring me into the world. That night my mommy was very uncomfortable and couldn’t lay still. Needless to say that my mom and dad didn’t get much sleep that night.

The next morning they started giving my mom the pitocin. That’s the drug that starts the contractions. After many hours of waiting, they broke my mom’s water. My mom was not dilating quickly enough, and they were about to do a cesarean section to get me out. They decided to wait a bit longer because I was doing fine, and so was my mom.

At about 1:30am on the 11th, they said that the door was open and it was time to make my way out. After only pushing through about 5 contractions I popped out into the world. I don’t remember much after that, I was a bit hazy.
I did find out that my mom and my grand mother were there in the room when I came out, but the doctor that was supposed to deliver me was not. I was delivered by the nurse that was taking care of my mom. I was her first delivery too. I don’t know her full name, but I will. Her name will be on my birth certificate.

Later my mom and dad tried to get some sleep. They were tired. But they didn’t get to sleep long..
Well, we all got to come home on Thursday the 13th around noon. It was nice to see my new room. My mom, dad, and big sister did a great job decorating it.
Well, I have to run. Got to sleep some more so I can wake my parents up in the middle of the night to eat again. You can view pictures of me here.

November 6th 2008 - I am sad to announce that my brother Robert Inman died on November 2nd . Robert and the members of the scooter club that he belonged to were traveling together through Montgomery County when they turned into a curve on Honea Egypt Road near Crown Oaks. He lost control of his motor scooter in a turn where he slid into oncoming traffic. He was struck by a large pickup truck. His injuries were fatal and he felt no pain. Police say the curve is a dangerous spot where there have been many accidents in the past. His funeral was on the 6th, and the overwhelming attendance helped to heal the hurt from such a tragic loss. He was loved by all and will be missed.

You can sigh the guestbook for Robert here.
Here is the link to the video archives where you can see many movies of my brother and I when we were little.
